Andrew Sergent

My name is Andrew Sergent, and I'm a lifelong musician and founder of Gold Ship Records, an independent record label based in Northeast Tennessee that I started in 2013. With over 13 years of experience running the label, one of my favorite parts of working in music has always been discovering emerging artists who take their craft seriously, value strong songwriting, and bring something authentic to the table. I curate multiple Spotify playlists spanning a wide variety of genres and am always on the lookout for great new music. I'm drawn to artists who put genuine passion and creativity into their work, regardless of genre or where they are in their musical journey. My goal is to help independent artists get their music heard and connect great songs with new listeners. I do not accept AI-generated music. I believe in supporting real musicians, authentic artistry, and the hard work that goes into creating great music.
